Can someone please explain these to me? These are on sale for $99. Yes, originally they were $330. Seriously!?!?

And this takes the term “Bib Necklace” to an entirely new level.

I’m fairly confused by these.

And these I kind of want. Maybe I’ve been looking at this site too long. Need to stop now.
