When you want to go to it…

Every Wednesday Emily from Notorious MLE and Torrie from A Place to Share and I are making lists. Not just any list, this is our Listography project. The book, created by Lisa Nola, is here at Chronicle Books.

List your De-stress recipe..

Oh man, if only I knew!!!!! Usually I just lose sleep and stay wound up. Ha, no…not really. Well, yea, kind of. Anyway…

It sometimes looks like….

a cup of tea
a cupcake
trash tv

or

greasy cheeseburger
big huge diet coke
trash tv

But both those also lead to after guilt.

working out helps me relax

as does crossing things off my to do list. That is probably my biggest “de stress” thing….a few hours of cleaning, cooking, writing, answering e-mails, folding and putting away clothes….kind of catching up on odds and ends. If I can get caught up, my stress melts.

You?

since the time was so appropriate with my post yesterday, i thought i would link up today!! i totally agree on the anything + trash tv! problem is, i need to be alone with my trash tv which doesn't always happen :)

    ha, ha… Loved this topic.

One in which I could go in a million different directions.

    trash tv… a good meal, ALCOHOL… :)

Totally agree with crossing things off the to do list. Sometimes I add things I know I'm going to do just so I can cross them off and feel better about the day. Sad, but true.

I love making lists and then remaking lists after I've crossed stuff off.
