Round up time….
As I got ready to down my millionth juice due to my new found juicer love…my friend Sarah sent me this. At this point I am ready to just hire a full time nutritionist to tell me what to eat and when. And a doctor to do a full body scan and blood work every week. I mean dude…I can’t keep up with what is good and what is bad anymore. Raw spinach bad?!?! I seriously feel a panic attack coming on. I have had to start and stop reading this article twice before I got through it.
I know there were tons of Globe round ups earlier this week. I won’t do a full list, but I will say that I think Diane Lane was my fav. Not really sure why. Not a typical choice for me, but I loved her look.
Pet peeve. A chopped salad is a salad in which EVERYTHING is chopped a uniform size. The Thai Chopped Chicken Salad I see Panera adverting. It might be good, but please stop saying it is a chopped salad. It is just a Thai Chicken Salad. They are not the only offender. I see Chopped salads on menus all the time, but I very rarely see an actual chopped salad. There was a place in LA with the best ever chopped salad. What was the name of that place….ugh. Can’t remember.

(I just got a $10 reward in the mail, plus free ship with my Luxe card…so I snagged that grey and white short sleeve tee for $14. whoo!)
