I didn’t really do exact measurements with this, forgive me. It isn’t an exact type thing. You can add, subtract, double, change it as you see fit.
Cooked Quinoa (I had about 2 cups)
Cream Cheese (I used about 4 oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
Grated cheese (I used an Italian mix that had mozzarella, Parmesan and asiago in it – about 3/4-1 cup inside and more on top)
Worcestershire (3-4 dashes)
Sauteed spinach and mushrooms (sauteed in butter with garlic)
Bake at 350 until bubbling, then broil for 2-3 min to brown the top. Let sit for 4-5 min before serving (just to let it set up some)
