I love these lettuce cups, but the other day I decided to try a crock pot version.
In the crock pot I put:
1 diced onion
1/3 cup soy
1/3 cup hosin
2 tbs garlic
2tbs ginger
1 tsp siracha
And I let it sit on low until the chicken was cooked. I only had 2 breasts so it only took a few hours. Then I shredded the chicken and served it in lettuce cups with some diced red peppers. Easy and yummy weeknight meal.
